The first player gets to spin the bottle. Once the bottle has stopped moving, the player who spun the bottle should kiss the player to whom the bottle is pointed.

You can only spin the bottle once per turn.

If the bottle is inbetween two people, you should kiss the player to whom the bottle is closest too.
